Crafted in Texas: Summer Drinks From Local Brands

Welcome to a sip of Texas! When it comes to refreshing beverages that pack a punch of flavor and innovation, Texas brands stand out. These non-alcoholic drinks found in grocery stores bring a taste of Texas to your day. Every sip not only refreshes you but also supports a small business right here in the Lone Star State.

You can currently find all of these drinks in HEB grocery stores.

Drink Local With These Texas Beverages

Clean Cause Yerba Mate Tea

Raspberry Clean Cause Yerba Mate Tea - Texas Brand

Clean Cause is a yerba mate tea drink with a mission to donate part of their proceeds to sober living scholarships. If you're not familiar with yerba mate, it's a tea that has natural caffeine - and boy does it pep me up. If I'm feeling like I just can't wake up, half a can does the trick.

Their original line is sparkling and fruity. Absolutely delicious. But if you're not a carbonation fan, don't miss their new non-sparkling drinks. I recommend the mint & honey.

Rambler Sparkling Water

Rambler Sparkling Water Grapefruit - Made in Texas

Rambler sparkling water is light and refreshing. I especially love their can designs and the fact that they also align with a good cause - supporting both American Rivers and Texas Parks & Wildlife.

Me & The Bees Lemonade

Me & The Bees Black Cherry and Prickly Pear Lemonade - Made in Texas

Me & The Bees was founded by Mikaila when she was just 4 years old. After being stung by a bee and initially scared, she used the experience to learn more about bees and everything they do for our ecosystem. Not only is her lemonade tasty, but profits support organizations fighting to save the bees.

Waterloo Sparkling Water

Waterloo Raspberry Nectarine Sparkling Water in Pink Can - Made in Texas

Did you know sparkling water brand Waterloo is also a Texas brand? Full of flavor, Waterloo seems to fly off the shelves. They're also constantly developing new flavors like the launch of raspberry nectarine for Summer 2024. This is thanks to their in-house flavor artists.

Live Soda! Sparkling Probiotic Kombucha

Live Soda Sparkling Probiotic Kombucha - Made in Texas

Live soda is revolutionary because it doesn't taste like kombucha AT ALL. It tastes exactly like a Dr Pepper, Coca Cola, Cream Soda and Sprite dupe depending on which flavor you choose. The founder developed the brand to help his dad kick his soda habit.

Savannah Rose Sweet Tea Punch

Savannah Rose Sweet Tea Punch - Made in Houston Texas

Savannah Rose is a black and female-owned brand. Unlike the others on this list, it's NOT based in Austin, but from Houston, TX. If you're wondering what Sweet Tea Punch is, you're not alone, but the recipe is a secret. It's definitely sweet, but I really loved it. This fruity tea punch is a winner.
