The Most Anticipated Fall Foods at HEB

Every year we wait for our favorite Fall foods to hit the shelves. This year, I asked my audience what they were most anticipating and here's what they said. Bring on the pumpkin spice! (Actually, this list isn't ALL pumpkin so keep reading even if you're a PS resister)

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Mini Coffeecakes

The Cafe Valley Pumpkin Cream Cheese Coffeecakes appear in the bakery every year around pumpkin spice season and if you haven't tried them yet, add them to your list now! Cinnamon cream cheese may be around longer than just for the season, but it beats the pumpkin in my book. I highly recommend both!

HEB Bakery Pumpkin Empanadas

These pillowy soft empanadas from the HEB bakery have a pumpkin filling that's delightful. Warm them up for an even better treat.

Spiced Cider Trail Mix

The limited edition spiced apple cider trail mix tends to come out every fall and is made up of cinnamon yogurt pretzel balls, apple flavored pecans, dried sweetened cranberries, and yogurt flavored drops.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl Pie

Don't go for the standard pumpkin pie, always pick the cream cheese swirl one! This pie is delicious, but really I'm looking forward to ALL the pies.

Pumpkin Ice Cream

There are two kinds of pumpkin ice cream HEB usually puts out each year. One is a Creamy Creations Pumpkin Pie ice cream with swirls of graham cracker crust and whipped cream and the other is a 12 pack of Creamy Creations Pumpkin ice cream in these cute little mini containers. No chunks in this one, but perfect to pass out with some pie.

Limited Edition Fall Soaps

Not a Fall food, but we're making an exception because this was on everyone's list. The limited edition fall scents are a much anticipated item. They come in both dish soap and hand soap. These are all recurring scents that we've seen before, but they're returning for a reason. I love the spiced cider and pecan pumpkin ones.

Pumpkin Muffin Bars

The pumpkin muffin bars are delectable. Soft cake-like pumpkin outside, cream cheese filling. 10/10 taste.

I love them because they taste like a bakery item, but they're pre-packaged and don't go bad as quickly. They're also easier to take places or put in a kid's lunch.

Honey Sopapilla Tortilla Chips

OMG these chips are so good. They were a limited edition item that was so popular it's come back several times. We can only hope it's part of the Fall Gathering lineup this year.

Small Batch Hayride Bacon

Hayride Bacon is for sure one of the small batch flavors I look forward to every year. Seasoned with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg & pumpkin for a touch of sweetness. You can make a really good biscuit breakfast sandwich out of it.

Limited Edition Cinnamon Spice Crisps

My husband and I can't get enough of these cinnamon spice chips. They're a pumpkin corn tortilla chip with a cinnamon seasoning. Sweet and salty heaven.

Pumpkin-Shaped Cookies in the HEB Bakery

The number one favorite HEB fall item according to my Instagram survey. They're sugar cookies in the shape of a jack-o-lantern pumpkin that happen to be extremely addictive.
