We’re on the cusp of summer, so brands are starting to roll out their newest, tastiest ice cream offerings. We’ve pulled a few of the most interesting frozen treats we’ve seen so far, including a few we can’t wait to try.
Bars, Pops and Treats Worth the Mess
Jeni’s Ice Cream Bars
Considered to be one of the top-tier ice cream brands, Jeni’s wows with its ultra-creamy texture and amazing flavor combos. This year, they’re debuting new ice cream bars, and we were lucky enough to try them early. Look for the bars in Vanilla Caramel Sundae, Passion Fruit Dreamsicle, Dark Chocolate Bombe, and Chocolate Churros & Cream.

Frutero Bites
If you’re a Tru Fru fan but you want the ice cream experience, check out Frutero Bites, small, chocolate-coated, fruit-flavored ice cream bars. We’ve seen them in coconut, banana and strawberry so far, but they haven’t been officially added to Frutero’s website yet, so we’ll keep an eye out for others.

This annual fav is coming in strong with the addition of Cotton Candy Cloud, Rainbow Fruit Stacks and Color Burst Minis to its lineup. They’re organic, colorful, sweet and simple making them the perfect treat after a day in the sun.

HEB Quest for Texas Best second-place winner Certified Country is rolling out its Lemonade and Sweet Tea dairy-free frozen dessert across the state. Each of the four flavors—Strawberry Sweet Tea, Classic Sweet Tea, Strawberry Lemonade and Mango Lemonade—is infused with honey, made with fresh fruit and features a burst of freshly squeezed lemons.

Ice Cream Sandwiches You’ll Dream About
Pop-Tarts Ice Cream Sandwiches
Your 7-year-old self will be in heaven when you bite into Pop-Tarts’ new ice cream sandwiches. The iconic brand takes its famous toasted pastries and adds deliciously creamy ice cream to create a fun twist on the classic ice cream sandwich. They’re available in Frosted Chocolate Fudge, Frosted Brown Sugar and Frosted Strawberry.
